Regarding Mitz (Adrian Malizia)

our association with Adrian Malizia began in approximately 2001, when we first met on a small domestic refurbishment job. Over the ensuring sixteen years, we have engaged Adrian consistently via his previous company AMG Systems and under the banner of Mitz Pty Ltd.

Given our projects vary widely and often require equal measure of strategy and technical understanding, we often reply on Adrian's rare blend of technical skill and methodical problem-solving ability. Whether liaising with network providers to arrange a time-critical service connection, negotiating the best rate for materials, or coordinating access on a crowded site, Adrian gets the job done and manages to maintain good working relationships will everyone. We appreciate this quality in particular, in our view a workplace is most productive when everyone respects each other and friction is minimised.

Adrian’s punctuality and work ethic are terrific, but it’s his planning that we appreciate most. For many, the time lag between arrival and productivity can be significant. In the case of Adrian, we’re often impressed that the necessary equipment is on-board, materials are ready to go, and work is underway immediately. We rarely see down-time. Happily this efficiency can also become contagious and positively influences others on site.

Over time Adrian has become a “go-to” person; a valued sounding-board in a range of situations. His considered view and broad knowledge in most aspects of construction is a great asset, and we rely upon his honesty and integrity. Adrian is not prone to exaggeration of his experience, and is honest about the limitations of his experience. If he says he can do it, we know he can do it well.

A conversation with Adrian is always a good thing. His unfailing positivity is infectious, and we speak on a regular basis whether there is work to be done or not.
